Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Packer for the 2nd shift in our Kentucky manufacturing facility. The role involves preparing cartons, packing products, and performing final quality checks to ensure packaging integrity.

You will handle labeling, cold-chain readiness, and palletizing while maintaining safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cardboard cartons/trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling cartons, securing carton ends together and placing cartons/trays on the work area.
• Checks to ensure tape guns/taper have sufficient amount of tape.
• Performs visual inspections of final product packaging for integrity, including bag registration and codes.
• Fills cartons/displays based on packaging specs and ensures correct labeling and seals.
• Stacks cartons/trays on pallets using proper pattern; uses pallet jack to move finished goods up to 300 lbs.
• Removes defective bags/boxes/trays and clears loose product from work area.
• Supports product rework per plant expectations and adheres to safety/hygiene guidelines.
• Maintains 5S standards, keeps aisles clear, and properly stores packaging supplies.
