Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment to support daily production requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery.
• Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage for team members as needed.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Participate in training and cross-training for operational flexibility.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Support overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
