Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings, monitor progress, and recognize performance.
