Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Fabricator II (2nd Shift) in Cleveland, TN. The role focuses on resistance welding and riveting parts per specifications, serving as a quality checkpoint for welds.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, no active warnings, and six months in current role before applying for another position. Benefits, overtime and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must not be on a written or final written warning.
• Employees must complete at least six months in their current role before becoming eligible to apply for another position.

Responsibilities

• Operate resistance welder and rivet parts per prescribed methods and specifications.
• Inspect welds and rivets for quality using measuring tools.
• Set up welder including tips, posts, arms, tooling and control settings.
• Follow Eaton’s safety policies and 5S procedures.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the shift; overtime as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; cross-train in different areas.
