Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must not be on a written or final written warning.
• Employees must complete at least six months in their current role before applying for another position.

Responsibilities

• Perform resistance welds and/or rivets per prescribed methods and drawings.
• Set up welding equipment including tips, tooling, and controls.
• Inspect weld quality and ensure compliance with Eaton standards.
• Follow safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Maintain clean work areas and participate in 5S practices.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.
