Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Fabrication Technician II - 2nd Shift at the Hodges, SC facility. Hours are 3:30 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Base rate $20/hr plus $1/hr shift differential.

Eligible for variable incentive program. The role prepares busbars using presses, grinders, and taping equipment and may assist with material gathering. Responsibilities include maintaining 5S+ in the work area, data entry, SPC monitoring, and cross-training across fabrication areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor visa or work authorization for this position.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Hodges, SC.
• 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• 3 months of fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual presses, hand grinders, and taping equipment to prepare aluminum and copper busbars.
• Gather materials for various work centers as needed.
• Follow EHS guidelines and maintain 5S+ standards in the work area.
• Enter information into the data collection system accurately and promptly.
• Use calipers, gauges, and other tools to verify parts meet specs to ±0.001 in.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adjust clamps as needed.
