Eaton is seeking a Fabrication Technician II for the Hodges, SC facility on the 2nd shift (3:30 pm–11:30 pm). The position pays $20.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential and offers eligibility for a variable incentive program.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• 3 months of fabrication experience.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with EHS guidelines and maintain 5S+ standards.
• Receive and enter job data accurately in the production system.
• Set up and operate heavy machinery (Weidamatics, Optishear, band saws, coil machines, drill presses).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and safe material handling.
• Use calipers and gauges to verify parts to engineering specs ±0.001 in.
• Support multiple fabrication areas as needed.
