Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a FAB Welder for the 2nd shift in Arden, Arkansas. The role involves welding standard and near-standard assemblies and supporting nearby operators to keep production moving.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a welding certificate or diploma. Demonstrated welding ability is required; overtime may be required. Pay is $22.00 per hour with general benefits.

Qualifications

• Welding demonstration required.
• Welding certificate or diploma from accredited institution.
• Reading calipers and tape measures/scales helpful.
• Reading blueprints helpful.
• Experience in fabrication helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine welding operations on standard and near-standard assemblies, and assist other operators as needed.
• Operate equipment and machinery to produce parts.
• Interpret work orders, drawings, and Kanban cards.
• Maintain tools and materials to ensure continuous operation.
• Inspect final components against specifications.
• Provide on-the-job training for new operators and participate in TPM and 5S+ activities.
• Handle scrap disposal and ensure safe work practices.
