Job summary

Eaton’s Arden facility in North Carolina is seeking a FAB Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to perform fabrication operations in the Fabrication Department using metal processing machinery.

The role involves following work orders, setting up PLC/Analog/manual controlled machines, operating equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining tools. Safety, attendance, and overtime willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Machining certificate preferred.
• DMM experience and ability to read calipers, protractors and tapes preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machines per work orders.
• Inspect final components against specifications.
• Maintain tools and TPM/5S+ duties daily.
• Report issues and assist with maintenance as needed.
