Job summary

Eaton's ES GDCO division is seeking a Welder - 2nd Shift for the Worcester, MA team. The production welder will handle hand- and robotic welding on standard assemblies, perform deburring and fit-up, and maintain equipment to support production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and welding experience; preferred candidates have 1+ year in an industrial setting. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Welding experience of 6 months or a cert is required.
• Prefers 1+ year welding in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-welding or robotic welding on assemblies.
• Prepare components by deburring, grinding and fit-up.
• Operate welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
