Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a skilled FAB Welder for the WKND Shift in the United States. The role focuses on routine welding of standard assemblies and supporting fellow operators to maintain production flow.

Candidates must have a welding certificate or diploma and a high school diploma or GED. No sponsorship or relocation benefits are offered; travel within 50 miles is typical for the role.

Qualifications

• Welding ability/knowledge demonstrated; welding demonstration required.
• Welding certificate or diploma from an accredited institution.
• Reading calipers and tape measures and/or blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding from manufacturing information, bills of material, and instructions.
• Operate equipment to produce parts.
• Interpret work orders and drawings; Kanban cards where applicable.
• Maintain tools and materials for continuous operation.
• Inspect final components against specifications.
• Perform operator maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training for new operators.
• Participate in TPM and 5S+ daily responsibilities.
• Handle scrap appropriately and safely.
