Job summary

Eaton is seeking a FAB Welder for the 2nd shift in North Carolina. The role involves routine welding on standard assemblies, interpreting work orders and drawings, and inspecting finished components to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Welding ability demonstrated; a welding certificate or diploma preferred.
• Ability to read calipers and tape measures.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine welding operations on standard and near-standard assemblies.
• Interpret work orders, write or oral instructions, and operate machines to produce parts.
• Inspect final components against work specifications and maintain tooling for continuous operation.
• Provide on-the-job training for new operators and support TPM and 5S+ daily.
• Adhere to safety standards and perform related duties as required.
