Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related customer service experience preferred.
• 1-1 dispatcher certifications (NECI/APCO/other) preferred.
• Typing 30 wpm preferred.
• Ability to obtain LEADS/OHLEG certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dispatch communications.
• Maintain effective/efficient communications between dispatch, officers, and external agencies.
• Maintain records of protective services/police data (LEADS/OHLEG, Lost & Found, keys, logs).
• Issue keys, parking stickers, and parking permits.
• Process and retrieve employee data in the Protective Services system.
• Uphold Summa Health mission, values, and customer service standards.
