Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Jessup, MD. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a large fleet, ensuring vehicles stay on the road and safe for customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required; 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use tools and follow safety guidelines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Uses Penske’s tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Performs preventative maintenance and component lubrication and replacement.
• Learns new skills through technician training and coaching with the manager.
• Works on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
