Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a dedicated Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet, ensuring vehicles stay safe and on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to use tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching with your manager.
• Work on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Skills
