Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the 2nd shift to process orders and provide product, service, and transit information, acting as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm. Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus shift differential. All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for attendance bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site role with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
