Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the 2nd shift. You will process orders, provide product, service and transit information, and act as a liaison to resolve customer issues.

Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-12 months of data entry or warehouse experience; full-time schedule Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; pay is $16.00/hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as liaison to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
