Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for the 2nd shift to manage inbound and outbound freight, coordinate forklift operators and drivers, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation. The role supports warehouse operations and safety standards while fostering an efficient, customer-focused environment.

The position offers Monday through Friday shifts (3:30 pm–12:00 am) with a starting pay of $17.20 per hour plus shift differential and eligibility for attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight and trailers to support warehouse operations.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents (B.O.L.).
• Maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining facility security.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and promote safety.
