Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative FT – 2nd Shift in Texas. You will process orders, provide product and transit information, and act as a liaison to resolve customer issues. The role focuses on handling customer needs, maintaining records, and supporting order management while working on a 2nd shift schedule (Tue, Wed, Fri–Sun 3:00 pm–11:30 pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Position: Customer Service Representative FT – 2nd Shift
• Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus shift differential.
• Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for attendance bonuses!

Role Purpose:

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
