Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the 2nd shift in a full-time role. You will process orders and provide product, service, and transit information while acting as a liaison to resolve customer issues.

The position includes a $16.00 hourly wage plus shift differential and eligibility for attendance bonuses. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, processing adjustments, generating reports, and supporting order and product management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Position: Customer Service Representative FT - 2ndShift
• Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
• Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus shift differential.

Role Purpose
