Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Dispatch Coordinator - 2nd Shift. Schedule inbound/outbound freight and manage duties to ensure timely shipping and accurate documentation. Shift is Monday–Friday 3:30 pm–12:00 am, pay $17.20 per hour with attendance bonuses for full-time staff.

Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and ~1 year relevant experience. The role involves delegating forklift operators, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining data records to support efficient warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight and trailers to match warehouse capacity.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents (B.O.L.).
• Coordinate with forklift operators, drivers, and load planners to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of shipping activities.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining facility security.
• Load on-time per Load Ready Date.
