Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. in Rock Island, IL seeks a Corrugator Operator I to contribute to safely producing quality corrugated products for customers.

You will master one end of our corrugator, assist with setup, move rolls with a pallet jack, and ensure correct labeling and testing of product. You will work under a Corrugator Supervisor in a small team, performing quality checks, communicating machine issues, and supporting changeovers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED with manufacturing experience or 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Must have basic typing, printing and data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and read detailed instructions.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up wet-end and dry-end, monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
• Move rolls using material handling equipment and ensure continuous run.
• Verify quality, label products and document results for quality checks.
• Identify issues and communicate with the team and leadership.
• Follow safety procedures for machine centers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
