Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Operating Engineer in Dallas, TX for the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 3pm–11pm). You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring reliable operations and safety across occupied spaces.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, EPA/CFC license, and 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience; trades school or apprenticeship is a

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical training/degree.
• Universal EPA / CFC license required.
• At least four years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC, plumbing & electrical skills.
• Knowledge of system design and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and related systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and related building components.
• Familiarize with building automation systems and fire/life safety systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
