Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Operate electrical and mechanical systems including UPS, generators, and controls.
• Record readings and take corrective actions to ensure proper operation.
• Manage work orders, CMMS, vendor coordination, and customer-facing tickets.
• Follow emergency escalation procedures and maintain a safe workplace.
