Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience in food manufacturing or related environments.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, formulas, batch records, SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust industrial blenders, mixers, batch processors, and related equipment.
• Follow formulas and production schedules to manufacture products accurately.
• Perform start-up/shutdown and changeovers per SOPs.
• Monitor times, ingredient ratios, temperatures, and product consistency.
• Document production data, quality checks, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.
