Job summary

Qualifications

• Record production batch data including ingredients, temperature and time cycle.
• Set up, operate and tend mixing/blending equipment per recipes.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines and QS/food safety practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and follows food safety regulations.
• Operate blending equipment to meet recipes and product specs.
• Document batch data with accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; support maintenance schedules.
