Eaton Corporation seeks an Assembler for 2nd shift in Jackson, MS. Core hours are 3:30pm–12am, Monday–Friday, with a $20.05 hourly rate plus a $1.00 shift differential. Role emphasizes precise assembly, quality checks, and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in manufacturing or military environments. On-site position with strict eligibility within 50 miles of Jackson. Training provided on procedures and quality systems.

Formación

• Two years of general manufacturing or military experience.
• U.S. person per export regulations and no relocation benefits; reside within 50 miles of Jackson, MS.
• Preferred experience with hydraulic systems and following documented procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble components such as rotor/shaft and nameplates per work orders.
• Perform lock wiring and verify torque per specifications.
• Inspect units and complete pre-shipment operations and documentation.
• Follow 5S/TPM tasks and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Read and complete inspection ledgers, worksheets, and DRs as required.
