Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FMC division seeks an Electronic Technician for 2nd shift in Jackson, MS. Core hours are 3:30pm–12am, Monday–Friday, with a $1 shift differential on top of the base hourly rate.

The role requires an associate degree in electronic technology (or military electronics training) and at least 2 years of experience in an industrial setting. You will repair CNC and NC systems, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronic technology or 2 years military electronics training as substitute.
• Minimum 2 years prior work experience as an electronic technician in industrial/mfg/military environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adheres to TPM/5S program maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic/electro/mechanical equipment on CNC machinery and NC testing systems.
• Read control circuit diagrams and repair/replace components on circuit cards using soldering.
