Eaton Corporation is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift at our Los Angeles, CA facility. Core hours are 1:45pm–10:15pm, Monday–Friday. The role involves assembling and teardown of mechanical assemblies for commercial and military products.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of assembly experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or military environments. ITAR and proximity rules apply."

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of assembly experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or military environments.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA facility.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR rules (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
• No relocation offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and teardown mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Interpret blueprints and written/verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools and ensure proper tooling and calibration.
• Perform soldering as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Support cross-training and teamwork to complete assemblies.
• Retrieve items from stockroom as needed.
• Adhere to procedures and documentations for each build.
