Qualifications

• Two years of experience in mechanical assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting in manufacturing, military, or aviation environments.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within Jackson, MS area (50 miles).
• Must be a U.S. person due to export-controlled information requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and builds non-Marine & Defense sub-assemblies, rotating group, pumps, and motors with close tolerances.
• Completes all required quality and customer information on reports and documents.
• Troubleshoots and repairs pumps and motors to full operational status.
• Sets up and operates all assembly department test stands; may operate two stands if automated.
• Reads and interprets test procedures and transfers data to quality reports.
