G&W Electric Co is seeking an Assembler I for the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. You will perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks, read blueprints, gather parts, and ensure quality. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and moving parts through production.

You will contribute to prototypes as needed, document work, and support team goals in a state-of-the-art facility. Industrial environment experience is valued, with a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts and subassemblies by reading templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and inspect for proper fit and quality.
• Assist in prototyping and other basic assembly projects as needed
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
