Job summary

Emergency24 Inc is seeking an Alarm Monitoring Operator for our 24/7 Central Station in Brea, CA to cover the 2nd shift (start between 2:30pm and 5:30pm). You will respond to alarm activations, coordinate dispatch of police, fire, or medical services, and support customers with clear, professional communication.

The role emphasizes calm under pressure, accuracy, and the ability to follow established procedures; paid training (6–8 weeks) is provided, with full-time schedule, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background checks and confidentiality agreements.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
