Job summary

Sebastian is seeking a Central Station Operator to dispatch monitored alarms and troubleshoot alarm customers. The role also handles 411 calls, Operator calls, and repair service inquiries, with night, swing, and weekend shifts (4pm–midnight, 12am–8am).

Responsibilities include responding to alarm signals, assisting with inquiries, coordinating with technicians, filing, data entry, and logging calls. ACE certification and compliance with regulations are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish language preferred but not required.
• Able to adapt to diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm signals quickly and accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with technicians to verify alarm signals.
• Handle 411 calls and Operator calls.
• Perform general office tasks and data entry.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
