You will monitor systems, document events, and follow procedures in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, with shift differentials and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass background checks and confidentiality agreements.
• Paid, in-depth training before independent work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm activations and verify events per procedures.
• Dispatch to police, fire, or emergency services nationwide.
• Communicate clearly with customers and responders under pressure.
• Answer questions about alarm activity and account history.
• Monitor alarm and video systems using company software and document all calls.
