Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch emergency and non-emergency resources.
• Process alarms per policy with priority handling.
• Input and monitor incidents in DICE/Immix/Frontel.
• Communicate information to subscribers, emergency agencies, and alarm companies.
• Input and update accounts in DICE; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain filing/ scanning of account paperwork and data integrity.
• Support management with training needs and shift coverage.
