Alfa Laval in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd/3rd shift to drive customer order execution, safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, coordinating between production, planning and support functions.

This role oversees our 2nd/3rd shift production, supervising teams producing air cooled heat exchangers, and requires strong leadership, lean practices and a commitment to safety.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years leading multiple employees in an industrial products manufacturing environment.
• Detailed knowledge of the production of air cooled and wet surface heat exchangers used in the North American oil, gas and power industries.
• Experience with 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Knowledge of financial planning and development.
• Project work & implementation of business plans experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong skills in time management, attention to details, written & verbal communications.
• Occasional travel as needed – 15%.

Mansioni

• Set and follow up targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
• Review production schedules with the Factory Planner and Project Managers and coordinate production set-up with Team Leaders. Meet shop goals and customer expectations.
• Operate as a team within the shop and other areas related to production (materials, scheduling, purchasing, etc.) to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Lead continuous improvement, 5S initiatives, and performance of multiple manufacturing teams.
• Oversee team member development and hiring, ensuring compliance with legal and equal opportunity standards in collaboration with HR.
• Develop new employee operational training plans with Factory, Safety and Quality Managers.
• Deliver Team Member performance reviews, counseling and wage increase recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Alfa Laval policies and SOPs and monitor KPIs for improvement.
