Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive order execution on the 2nd/3rd shifts in Tulsa, OK and Broken Arrow, OK. You will lead production teams, coordinate with planning, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years in manufacturing; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and further certifications are a plus. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5+ years in manufacturing are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Associate’s degree and/or manufacturing certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and follow targets for Manufacturing in Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
• Coordinate with Factory Planner and Project Managers on production setups.
• Ensure on-time deliveries by collaborating with shop, materials, scheduling, and purchasing.
• Lead 5S initiatives and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.
• Oversee hiring and development, ensuring compliance with equal opportunity standards with HR.
• Develop training plans for new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Alfa Laval policies and SOPs; monitor KPIs for improvements.
• Work with EH&S and Quality teams to meet safety and quality requirements.
