Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for the 2nd shift in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area. The role oversees the maintenance team, leads electrical troubleshooting, and ensures equipment reliability to meet production schedules.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and experience with preventative maintenance. It emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience related to industrial maintenance.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent with relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional travel locally 5%.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support production.
• Communicate work assignments to Team Members.
• Prioritize maintenance projects using organizational skills.
• Monitor progress of repairs and schedule based on production.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate team.
