Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor-3rd Shift in Tulsa, OK to directly supervise hourly manufacturing teams and execute daily production plans. You will monitor performance, adjust staffing and capacity, and drive continuous improvement while upholding 5S and safety standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to resolve shop floor issues, onboard new hires, and develop cross-training plans for team members.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Execute the daily production plan for the area of responsibility.
• Monitor variance to plan and adjust capacity as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and other departments.
