Job summary

Alfa Laval in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Production Supervisor to drive order execution while prioritizing safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will coordinate with planners, managers and shop leads to optimize setup, throughput and staffing on 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Associate degree and/or manufacturing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Set and follow up targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost in manufacturing.
Review production schedules and coordinate set-up with Team Leaders to meet goals.
Ensure on-time deliveries by coordinating with shop and related areas.
Lead 5S initiatives and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Oversee development and hiring of team members with HR collaboration.
