Responsibilities

• Set and follow up targets for Manufacturing in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
• Review production schedules with the Factory Planner and Project Managers and coordinate production set-up with Team Leaders.
• Operate as a team within the shop and other areas related to production to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Responsible for continuous improvement, leading 5S initiatives, performance and output of multiple manufacturing teams.
• Oversees team member development and hiring, ensuring compliance with legal and equal opportunity standards in collaboration with HR.
