Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH seeks a production supervisor for evenings/occasional weekends in Tulsa/Broken Arrow area. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, coordinate between shop functions, and lead team development.

Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, implementing SOPs, and collaborating with HR on staffing and training. Prior experience in air-cooled heat exchangers or similar manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; manufacturing background preferred.
• 3+ years leading multiple employees in industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and follow targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost in manufacturing.
• Review schedules with Factory Planner and Project Managers.
• Lead 2nd/3rd shift teams and ensure on-time deliveries.
