Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift, onsite in Tulsa, OK and/or Broken Arrow, OK. You will drive order execution aligned with sustainability, quality, delivery and cost priorities, supervising multiple manufacturing teams and coordinating with Factory, Safety and Quality Managers.

Responsibilities include setting targets, reviewing schedules, ensuring on-time deliveries, and leading continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years managing multiple employees in industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Set and follow targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
• Review production schedules and coordinate setup with Team Leaders.
• Meet shop goals and customer expectations.
• Lead 5S initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee team development and hiring with HR.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, quality, and budgeting aligned.
