Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5–10+ years in 24x7 production operations.
5+ years leading technical operations teams.
Experience with incident, change, problem, risk, and operational control processes.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience driving improvements through automation, AI, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations in a 24x7 environment.
Manage incident, change, problem, risk, and operational control processes.
Ensure service levels, operational controls, and business continuity are maintained.
Develop and mentor a high-performing, cross-trained team.
Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tooling across teams.
