Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in network operations with leadership
• Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and security concepts
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of NOC engineers and technicians with guidance and mentorship
• Oversee daily NOC operations including scheduling and performance management
• Ensure continuous monitoring of network devices, systems, and applications
• Lead incident response, manage escalations, and notify stakeholders
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve networks
• Generate and analyze performance and incident reports for leadership
• Continuously evaluate and improve NOC procedures, tools, and workflows
• Provide technical guidance to NOC staff
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
