Astreya seeks a Delivery Operations Manager to ensure seamless 24/7 continuity across four 12-hour shifts in a data center environment. You will bridge shift crews, maintain SLA performance, and report to the Delivery Manager and the client.

Responsibilities include auditing shift logs, standardizing processes, resolving cross-shift bottlenecks, and translating complex updates into concise executive summaries for leadership. ITIL certification and 24/7 operations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations, IT service management, or 24/7 technical operations.
• Strong understanding of data center environments and infrastructure delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills for rapid status updates.
• Experience in 24/7 continuous operations (ideally 12-hour shifts).
• Client-facing presence with stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate handover windows between four rotating 12-hour shift crews to prevent data loss or dropped tasks.
• Review and audit daily shift logs for complete situational awareness across the 24/7 cycle.
• Audit shift logs to ensure incoming teams have visibility into ongoing issues.
• Identify gaps in SOP execution and eliminate information silos between shifts.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Delivery Manager and client.
• Monitor real-time queues across tickets, deployments and alerts to meet SLAs.
