Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking an Availability Manager (Technical Manager) in Columbia, MD to oversee 24x7 operations, lead incident responses, and ensure SLA adherence.

The role demands strong networking/desktop support knowledge, ITSM tool proficiency, and leadership capabilities within a federal contract environment. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting, with on-call/on-shift availability and a security clearance (TS/SCI with polygraph).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university is desired.
• Three (3) years of related experience required.
• Four (4) additional years of relevant network engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24x7 operations center staff, ensuring SLA objectives are met.
• Lead incident response during outages and coordinate resources.
• Schedule and manage operations center staffing for 24x7 coverage.
• Prepare and deliver daily incident, change, and SLA reports.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to maintain operations.
