Job summary
Zohorecruit in Columbia, United States is seeking an Availability Manager - Level 1 with TS/SCI clearance and a full scope poly to supervise a 24x7 operations center, coordinate incident response, and drive improvements in service delivery.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of related work, and strong experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow) and enterprise monitoring (HP OpenView, SolarWinds, Splunk).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is desired.
- Alternative: four additional years of relevant network engineering experience may substitute for a degree.
- Three years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 24x7 operations center staff to meet SLAs and customer objectives.
- Lead incident response and coordinate resources for rapid resolution.
- Develop and deliver daily incident, change, and SLA reports.
- Schedule 24x7 staff to ensure continuous coverage.
- Collaborate with personnel at all levels to foster a responsive culture.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for professional growth.
