Highrise AI in the United States is seeking hands-on network/systems engineers to support and oversee frontline NOC teams for our 24x7 AI cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate combines proven experience in high-stakes environments with strong technical aptitude and excellent customer-facing skills.

The role involves incident management, automation, and collaboration with product teams, with a hybrid or remote work arrangement depending on location and occasional travel to data centers

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience directly supporting customers using compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in network and systems operations in large scale compute environments.
• Experience supporting OpenStack or similar open cloud platforms, or strong adjacent experience with modern private cloud stacks.
• Solid understanding of network technologies including VLANs, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, NSX or similar SDN technologies, routing, switching, and load balancing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee NOC workflows to ensure critical issues are resolved with due urgency.
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments.
• Respond to customer escalations during business hours and as part of a shared on-call rotation.
• Lead incident management and drive impact prevention actions.
