Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading projects or teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated mindset for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates clinic systems, policies, procedures, and operational activities to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Reviews operational issues, evaluates policies, and recommends process improvements.
• Facilitates employment administration including payroll, benefits, staffing, and HR activities.
• Oversees accurate and timely documentation within the EMR (EPIC EMR).
• Designs and tracks patient outreach initiatives and engagement strategies.
• Adheres to applicable regulations and company policies.
